Research has proven that when we habitually think negative thoughts or hold on to negative emotions we increase our risk of physical health problems and decrease our bodies’ abilities to heal. Alternatively, when we foster positive emotions and promote positive thinking we encourage physical well-being… and that is the basis for this website’s existence.
One of the most effective ways to become or stay positive (and, therefore, promote physical health) is to recognize that emotions are created by thoughts and that you have the power to determine whether your thoughts will be positive or negative.
